Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Thouseel?

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Flipkart account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email/and or notification massage containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail/and or notification massage you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 250001), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Do you charge for delivery?

We don’t have delivery charge , however we have a small convenience charges with which we pay salaries to our delivery boys.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, contact our customer service to make necessary changes before order is packed and ready for delivery.
